@Quest

Staff are trusted with unlimited tools for perks of their position. They can use this as they see fit to enhance their roleplay. It isn’t unfair for them to use these tools as they deserve it. As long as it isn’t used to gain an unfair advantage in PvP or other opposition confrontations.

Although I don’t like how it turns the area into a pooper scooper FPS spot, they’re within their right to use those tools to enhance their roleplay.

@Quest
'For example a certain tow truck RP set up by a teacher that literally just tows any car they see, even police vehicles with their ELS on and when you try and get it back they're either there or it takes quite a long time. This can aggravate or antagonise people into breaking the rules. And even when they do it illegal and the government raid them to get their vehicles back, BlackDog would come and pick them up and speak to them ( at least that what I saw from Doormats video ).'

I assume you are talking about Big Moh's Big Toe that time when police refused to pay a reasonable charge for getting their car back thus entering our property multiple times breaking rule 10.1 so blackdog stepped in to do his job if thats what your on about? and almost all the vehicles i towed where illegally parked and a lot of the police vehicles where just left with no ELS.

I said they're trusted. I didn't say it was impossible for them to use them incorrectly. Please, take my words into consideration before you attempt to slander others and their statements.

There was literally no RP in it; just around 10 cars and a sign saying like "Car Shop"

Kinda funny that people have responded but no one responded to the fact that I said that some RP's are set up to antagonise people into breaking the rules.

Edit: I can't read today, ignore my sarcastic post.

While I can't speak to anything on your experience with ForceGhost I can say I've seen RPs set up to push the boundaries of our server rules and bait staff in. As far as antagonizing players into breaking rules; you control your own actions. It doesn't matter how poorly the other party is behaving if you break rules in trying to deal with them or enact revenge you should be prepared to see consequences to those actions.

Are there some who like to make RPs in order to ruin other's fun? Sure but luckily they're not that common. The best thing to do is document the events and report it to staff if you feel there's been a rule violation.

Yes, because staff sets up RP's in order to antagonize players into breaking rules. /s

It's not staff though?

If you read my post Noble the post about ForceGhost and his buddies are about community bias.

And my gun store can just be guns on the wall and say "Gun Store". I don't know why the car dealership is such a big deal...It's just a bunch of cars.

And I could do the same thing with my dupes. Roleplays can be complex with their builds or details and they also don't have to. A staff member putting down multiple cars so people can preview and test drive their future purchase sounds like more work than just spawning props. And it isn't really an advantage as he earned those powers and is allowed to have a one up from the rest due to his position, especially if it involves such an example of Passive Roleplay. Something very lacking in our server today.

Yes it is a massive advantage, have you ever tried to set up a car shop with just car props? Heck! The server doesn't even have all the cars as props! It's so much easier when he can just get out his remover tool, and give the car the player with admin tools. And no, making a good looking, detailed dupe takes a lot longer than spawning 10 cars and removing them and using an admin tool to give it to them when they want to make a purchase.

I'm not sure to what extent you're trying to push this but what else could he do? I've worked in a car dealership before and it's a majority of vehicles there (as expected). The main thing that'd be placed inside the building would possibly be some toilets, a reception desk, and a consultation room (which would hardly fit inside the building of RTA).

My statement to you is, if you want to see change, make change. Or in other words, if you don't make a dupe then people also won't be encouraged to make one themself.

You’re taking this way out of proportion. Barkles made a car shop with his cars. Staff are allowed to have these perks as long as they use them responsibly, which he did. It doesn’t really have anything to do with the topic on hand either.
