Im talking about the pursuit as a whole, not just when I crashed sir.

So you're saying that an officer shot at you lets say 5 minuets before you crashed. And that would be a completely different officer than me in a different situation (Seeing as the pursuit continued via foot and not in a vehicle) and no officer at the time of the clip shot nor intented to harm your character but you still broke FearRP. That logic doesn't really go together. Then I go be shot by an officer and 5 hours later I could get into a similiar situation and just say FearRP was off because another officer shot at me before.

You also dont make much sense, first you say that you dont hear me ingame, then you change story and say you cant hear me on the recording but you admit to hearing me ingame, you also started with saying that FearRP did not apply because of the range between us, then you say that FearRP was off because an officer shot at you way before I catched up with you.

I'll await further response from BlackDog before I post anything else.

I'm not changing my story, I'm giving out key bits of information that can be helpful for staff to make a final decision. It'd be nice if you could refrain from calling me a liar.

Again though, this still looks like a simple Run-n-Taze

I'm not entirely sure why youve posted a PR on this when your entire situation is handable In-Characcter with the tools provided

The video was originally 5 minutes due to shadowplay saving the last 5 minutes. And I only cut it to show the vital parts of the rule breakage, not when I was in a pursuit.

In the future do not cut up your evidence into 9 second clips, as we require a longer clip for full context in a majority of situations.
