As you could see within the video, there was a clear distance. Between me and the officer, he failed to reach my with his taser until I slowed down and ran out of stamina. There's also the fact that I cant really hear you.

There's also the fact that earlier on in the video, one of the online officers had shot in my direction. Because of this fear RP no longer applied to my knowledge.

Ok, first point is valid I was attempting to say apply it on the recording if possible. However when an officer shoots in my direction it still makes me believe that my life is infarct in danger

Okay first of all I can not recall any shots being fire, not from me atleast. And if one officer shoots at you and then another one starts chasing you with a tazer which is not lethal, I have no intention to harm you and I am not the supposed shooter. Why would you still run away then? Because FearRP still applies if the person has no intention to harm you, I had no intention to harm you as first of all I never shot a gunshot and I only had a tazer.

Although "Non harmful" Tazers deploy with a deadly amount of force. Once a shot has been fired, just like real life you would tend to trust no one or anything I would still run after not know what you would do to me.

He called for backup while running away from me, I saw a Blue Dodge Van pulling up a bit in the distance and they were armed so I decided to back off (as they were 2 and I was one) and call for backup instead. He got picked up by them and ran away in their car, which later resulted in a raid at the house at US76

Do you have any evidence of this?
Thus far what youve shown in your evidence is a very minor incident that is solvable via IC means.
The taser was added specificly for when someone attempts to run.
If he pulled a gun on you, this would have been different, but from what you have shown he run unarmed, while you attempt to taze him.
Do you have any more evidence outside of a 9 second clip?
