Summary: So we we're in pursuit of a Purple GTR which belonged to Boshine. He crashed and escaped by foot. I catched up and picked up my tazer telling him to stop. You cant hear my voice in the video as I disable voice recording in shadowplay due to me only hearing my own breathing. However you can see me running behind him with a tazer aswell as talking in game.

As you could see within the video, there was a clear distance. Between me and the officer, he failed to reach my with his taser until I slowed down and ran out of stamina. There's also the fact that I cant really hear you.

There's also the fact that earlier on in the video, one of the online officers had shot in my direction. Because of this fear RP no longer applied to my knowledge.

You can hear me ingame, there is no hesitation about that @John_Fransisco (Hamster) can even testify as I was talking to him over the radio. The only reason you cant hear my voice in the recording is because I disable voice recording in shadowplay because you could almost only hear my breath when I recorded. And the fact that you state that FearRP was off, I can not recall the officer shooting at you but if an officer did his intention was still not to kill you thus making FearRP still applying if the person in question does not have the intention to kill you.

Ok, first point is valid I was attempting to say apply it on the recording if possible. However when an officer shoots in my direction it still makes me believe that my life is infarct in danger

I was on my way to pickup @"Boshine" and he told me he crashed and was on foot and officer was chasing him and which i saw someone shot so the fearp wasn't applied

Okay first of all I can not recall any shots being fire, not from me atleast. And if one officer shoots at you and then another one starts chasing you with a tazer which is not lethal, I have no intention to harm you and I am not the supposed shooter. Why would you still run away then? Because FearRP still applies if the person has no intention to harm you, I had no intention to harm you as first of all I never shot a gunshot and I only had a tazer.

Although "Non harmful" Tazers deploy with a deadly amount of force. Once a shot has been fired, just like real life you would tend to trust no one or anything I would still run after not know what you would do to me.

He called for backup while running away from me, I saw a Blue Dodge Van pulling up a bit in the distance and they were armed so I decided to back off (as they were 2 and I was one) and call for backup instead. He got picked up by them and ran away in their car, which later resulted in a raid at the house at US76

Thus far what youve shown in your evidence is a very minor incident that is solvable via IC means.

The taser was added specificly for when someone attempts to run.

If he pulled a gun on you, this would have been different, but from what you have shown he run unarmed, while you attempt to taze him.
