I did in fact spawn VERY near to the location at hand! If you can look you will be able to see this is very true! Look at the logs for me recently? When I am corleone member I ALWAYS Equip my weapons as I feel a gang member does need to be armed. Carrying a gun as a gang member is not against the rules. These events occurred in quick succession. Yesterday when playing on MULTIPLE Occasions I equipped my weapons upon spawning. Feel free to ask Dr Internet about this but when we were RPing the other day He arrested me once I got out literally minutes later I had another gun out. Cause he searched me not long after and guess what? I was armed. I heard the gun fire and responded.

It was an error on Elliots part. He had forgotten to change his job role to Camel Cartel and for this we can only apolgise. His use for the gun dealer I believe was a while before hand and due to this we had forgotten his job role. This was an error on our part and for this we can only say sorry but ALL THREE Of us were ALL Part of the same gang and farmed Contra together.

How does "Are you serious right now" prompt the other person to say what they are going to do regarding the matter. Fair enough if I said "What's going to happen from here?" or "So what now" etc. but I didn't. Typically when you a stopped by an officer usually you ask the reasoning for your stop or give some response to whatever has previously taken place. Can you post the logs previous to where you started where he requested putting my hands up as I would like to see the timestamps of everything occurring.

The quote above reflects whether the officer is going to proceed with an arrest or whether they're prepared to let you go. You can usually judge this from their response.

I would classify "Are you serious right now" as a rhetorical question. If he wasn't serious why would he start his car, drive out and proceed to put his lights on to pull me over. Now from the video at the time of search I was carrying a shorty shotgun that was loaded, If I really wanted to kill the officer or get away wouldn't I just drive away and initiate a pursuit as a Ford Mustang with a top speed around 110MPH would leave the cruiser behind or pull the shotgun on the officer whilst he was still in the car ? There was multiple options I could have taken If I wished to do to get away from the officer.

Can you post the rest of the logs please as I would like to make my own dissection of them regarding timings and what they show.

Those are the only logs prior to the ones shown in my post above which are relevant to this. The logs clearly show you not obeying orders. I'm not sure why this is trying to be disputed.
