Alright, question for @IzyChex, @Vadar and @ElliotAlderson.

At any point, was a third party communication tool or software used to share in-character information where it wouldn't of been possible to share said information using in-game mechanics? For example, if you were under gunpoint then obviously you wouldn't of been able to radio in for backup, or if you're under NLR, then of course you wouldn't be able to describe your past life.

I must also remind you that lying in the courthouse is seen as a very serious offense, which can lead up to a permanent suspension.

Here I have included logs of communications I have with other parties (As I said I dont know Elliot other than here, the only thing I have him on is steam:

Thank you for providing the screenshots, I've had to remove them as a player safeguard though due to personal information being present in them which could identify one or more players.

I'll await a response from Izy before concluding.

I've determined that whilst the potential for metagaming was there, no evidence is presented which can allow me to reasonably act on that. As a result, no action will be taken on that front.

As for the other violations shown in the video presented by the OP, the following punishments will be issued:

Player Vadar (STEAM_0:1:56701992) has been issued with a verbal warning regarding this situation, as the violation was minor and I'm now satisfied that no foul play was involved. The player has acknowledged this verbal warning, and it's expected that this won't happen again in future.

Player Elliot Alderson (STEAM_0:1:166861786) will be issued a 2 hour weapons blacklist for a FearRP violation, as well as a 3.1 violation as there was no RP title or background between your characters.

Player IzyChex (STEAM_0:0:91244473) will be issued a 1 hour weapons blacklist for killing a police officer without having a proper, valid reason to do so, as the officer posed no threat to his gang at the time.
