Summary: I am arresting a person and then a gun dealer comes out of nowhere masked up and with no gun drawn tells me to release the person. I already had my gun out yet he pulls out a shotgun breaking fearRP and i don't think gun dealers should be doing that so failrp as well.
FearRP states that when a player is visibly armed they can put other people into fearRP, i was already visibly armed for the gun dealer to come, park, greet me and pull a gun on me.
also the guy handcuffed would not put his hands up when i told him to.

As the video shows I was detained for traffic offences. Now for what the Gun Dealer did (Elliot) is completely out of my control but regards to my actions I didnt partake in anything that regards to rule breaking. Now for the Gun Dealer that approached masked yes I can see the FearRP & FailRP as the officer's gun was visible and he was holding it on the approach.

Now with regards to me not putting my hands up as you can see I didnt have my microphone connected so all responses were typed pro-longing time to follow instructions however at the time that he asked me to turn around I did do so.

Context for affiliation previous to this all I was basing with the other two in a house on Richard Drive (3 Richard) doing contraband under the custom job title of "Camel Cartel". That's my affiliation to these people, The other two (from what I can remember, I know Izy was a Citizen at least) were Citizen job with the custom job of "Camel Cartel" possibly logs will show that. The reasoning for driving is that I left the house from Richard Drive to go to Stormzy (The Weed Dealer) to sell the weed that I had grown just before this took place.

I have not been tagged in this PR Therefore do not understand why you are awaiting and outstanding reply, However I do not mind sharing my side if you insist. We were all in a group called 'Camel Cartel' We were all farming Contra in our basement in Richard Dr. As you can clearly see moments before this incident occurred. I became a Citizen Doctor then Citizen again The rapid job Change was due to GMod Crashing. I then ran to the scene looking for my affiliates who were in need due to a cop incident. I heard the cop Shoot at my friend and I fired back. If this lead to his death so be it I was just defending my Affiliates therefore not RDM.

 You say that what the gun dealer did was out of your actions but how exactly did he end up there in the first place? I understand that you guys were in the same gang and all that but isn't there some communication outside of the game for him to come rescue you? So there had to be some communication and his actions were under your control.

You seem to be kicking up a huge fuss over this whole scenario however nobody seems to take note of the fact you clearly seen a gun on Elliot's back and did not proceed to point yours at him or call him down? As a cop when you see someone armed you should take action to which you did not. I can also see Elliot coming from a different location. I spawned next to the windy road that leads to the shell garage therefore it was in the path of my house? I can not explain why but there is only so many roads in the city when there are 2 people roaming the city I fancy my odds being found when you arent moving nor hiding. It also took place on a main rode not to mention the main path way between Stormzy the Dealer and our house? you are at Inner shell one of the most accessed roads in the city.

I had the gun out first between the 3 of us putting Elliot and Vadar under fearRP so Elliot so should have not taken his gun out on me. So I don't see what's the problem here

I'm not sure why you'd involve yourself in something like this, especially considering how Vadar made no communication from in-game that I'm able to see which indicated he was in trouble. The problem at hand isn't too much the fact that you were Corleone (whilst it's still a contributing factor), it's that you had no RP relation to Vadar or the OP at the time.

@Vadar, Whilst yes, you have technically broken FearRP here, I find it to be minor as you didn't actually outright say "No, I won't do this" but you just took a while to do it. In the future, please react to instructions given under gunpoint or threat in a faster manner. Please consider this as a verbal warning. I'll need you to acknowledge this.

I was also kinda hoping to see a response from you, justifying your RP relation to both Vadar and Elliot Alderson at the moment you took the shot on Vadar. I also still need to double check my first run through of logs from the incident. These sorts of things do take time to reach judgement.
