You could just go to your local sexstore to get handcuffs... soo..... yeeeeeeeeeahhh...

Even if so, If people want ZIPTIES, I suppose what Tails said earier with just a V and W model change of the Handcuffs to happen would be a alternative and it could be edited in the future with its other properties.
