The player report is too vague and has little evidence for us to know really what happened, the video evidence is soundless and barely shows anything.
There could've been a whole situation regardling the bmd before what the video shows and we can not know about it from the evidence you've provided.
As for the job title, it is not really a big deal at this situation because that is the normal defult job title for a bmd, more context would've been more helpful.
Denied, insufficient evidence.
