I was at 190 main street and suddenly I heard a lot of shots (sounded like SHAR-H / AR-15 / Sniper) coming from PD.
And this is where I think the president/vice president died.
I believe the president has broken NLR because when the shooting at PD happened the president/vice president died it was team killing so the president never got demoted from there spot so couple of minutes later police sergeant (vimpto) and Swat sergeant (leon) got demoted for treason.
(4.1 - If you die, you forget how you died. You cannot go back to the place where you died for 10 minutes or interfere in any other way with the RP happening in that area.)

Luvbread did not break NLR in this case as I was the one who informed him of the treason via pm on account of the police sergeant and the swat sergeant openly talking about assassinating him.

All I heard was the gunshots and I responded, I tried to arrest Eski but the officers forced me to release him so he could punch the pres to death.

Insufficient evidence - not possible to determine the responsible party beyond a reasonable doubt, punishments would likely "hit" players that didn't really do anything wrong and just went along. Whole situations seems like a complete mess overall.
For the people who carried out the execution or thought of the punching plan - it is against the rules to execute an unarmed president as he is a government member. Until a way to demote/arrest the president without staff help is implemented, please refrain from carrying out executions like that. If you have a legitimate reason for impeachment, ask for a staff-assisted demotion/arrest, or if the president is FailRPing, do the same or make a PR afterwards.
