This isn't about opinion. Regardless of who or what you directed your comment at it was highly inappropriate and you should have considered the effect it may have on people. Rather than labelling Toxic's actions as 'pathetic' you should reflect on your decisions here and perhaps apply a bit more thought in future. Besides, it's just a warning - you can still use the forums fully so it's hardly a severe punishment.

If you really think my comment was ”highly inappropriate” then you haven’t seen the rest of the forums. It was unnecessary but I did not provoke flaming.
