Could you try to load into Garry's Mod and join a Singleplayer Game with Rockford_V2B on it and tell me if it works?
If successful, could you test if you are able to join another server running the map Rockford_V2B?

Hi there Platinum. Let's see if I can give this a shot for you.

Let's start with doing a factory reset of Garry's Mod. Please note that this may delete files in these listed directories:

cfg
settings
data
download
downloads
downloadlists
gamemodes/base
gamemodes/sandbox/
gamemodes/terrortown
lua
cl.db
sv.db
mn.db
cache

If you have any important information or documents you'd like to keep within those directories, it's recommended to move them out before starting this procedure or you run the risk of losing them completely. Once you've done this, please find the FactoryReset-GMod.bat file in your first Garry's Mod folder (steamapps/common/GarrysMod) and run it.

Confirm that you'd like to proceed, then let the program do it's thing. This should take a couple of seconds, then it'll finish and queue up a download of the core Garry's Mod files. You'll also need to allow for your addons to reinstall as well upon launching the game.

Once that's done, please redownload all applicable server content and try to rejoin. As a reminder, you can find our server's collection

There must be something wrong with one of the content packs, maybe? This has been a recurring issue for the LL servers in the past couple of months. I have had multiple people contact me via Steam, about this issue, and I tried to help without reinstalling but to no avail. When, or if, I receive more info on the problem, a bug report or something similar will be posted. I have made a educated guess that it is something with LL's server is messed up, because of reports of it working for other servers before and after joining LL. Also restarting pc, internet, and steam, is also another reason I believe it is something to do with LL.

I will be full on investigating this issue as best as I can for the next couple of days.

Please report if Bambo's idea worked.

If you choose to do these options below, make sure that your GMod is closed.

Just to double check. Do you have your Garry's Mod on steam to always keep my game up to date? Don't know how to check?
1. Open Steam
2. Open Steam Library
3. Right-Click "Garry's Mod" and Left-Click "Properties"
4. Click on the "Updates" Tab at the top
5. Click the drop down box under "Automatic updates"
6. Select "Always keep this game up to date"
7. Hit "Close" at the bottom right of the pop up

Also try using some parameters. Don't know How?
1. Go to the properties pop up, instructions above^^
2. Click the button that says "SET LAUNCH OPTIONS..."
3. In the text entry part, paste this: +cl_cmdrate 67 +cl_updaterate 67 +rate 30000
4. Hit "Ok" and "Close"

Alright, have you tried going into singleplayer then into multiplayer? Also, please try connecting in windowed mode rather than full-screen.

Do you have any launch parameters in GMOD when you try to connect? If so, remove them, add in -condebug and then try joining. Once you experience your issue, close the game, find your GMOD directory and there will be a file called console.log

Please upload the contents of that file to pastebin then upload it here.

I noticed you mentioned you have quite a lot of addons. Would it be possible to unsubscribe from the addons you no longer need? Ideally, only the ones from the Limelight content packs.
