Mugging is as petty as crimes go so I have no idea what you are talking about it not being a petty crime, the only thing he did wrong was mug you in the middle of mainstreet with a rifle which is quite FailRP. If he killed you after the video's events, it's basically your fault, you should follow FearRP and give him the money first and talk in LOOC later.
