Can't say who shot you based on the video, just because the props are owned by omnistar doesn't mean he's the shooter.

Tuna ninja will receive a warning for mugging on mainstreet as well as a reminder that maximum mug amount is $500. Mugging is as petty as crimes go so I have no idea what you are talking about it not being a petty crime, the only thing he did wrong was mug you in the middle of mainstreet with a rifle which is quite FailRP. If he killed you after the video's events, it's basically your fault, you should follow FearRP and give him the money first and talk in LOOC later.
