Suggestion for <in-game/forum/teamspeak etc.>:
In-Game

In detail, explain your suggestion:
Using this map - Found on a Guide. Points of the map will have a small dot for until removed by a Government Officer or on a set timer.

Why should this be implemented?
This should allow officers to know directly where the calls are from allowing them to respond to a more accurate location.

Recommened for this suggestion.

Neutral

What's wrong with %l and /backup?
I guess it could be merged into the new map function for easier location, but still, seems kind of useless IMHO.

IRL it's not as if SOS has GPS data on all calls available.

Mainly because %l gives you a road name, when to road stretches to one side of the map to the other.

%l should give your exact location last I checked (that is, the same as what can be seen in the upper-left corner).
Rockford has been a bit buggy in regards to this though, several times I have had my location not update even though I'm far away.
I could be wrong though, and if I am, then I completely understand this idea, although I still believe it's a bit too powerful. I remember there being a suggestion about a tracking system for the government to trace calls, that seems like a similar but more well-rounded idea in that case.

Maybe the it draws a circle around the rough area of the initial request location.

That could definitely work Smile
