Warrant Notifications should come however not instantly. When you receive a warrant IRL they do not arrive instantly. I recommend having a 5/10/15 minute delay before being notified of such action.

Perhaps a message in chat rather than an on-screen notification 

"[EvoCity Court] An arrest/search warrant has been placed upon you for the following reason [reason] Please contact the nexus desk secretary for further inquiries"

Will support if the database changes to include the playermodel (and last clothes) of the warranted player, details of any propeties they have purchased and their licence plate.

Equally player should not be able to change model (but should be able to change clothes). Makes using their car redundant, going back to their property redundant and makes going near police a risk. Perhaps this should be added upon an overhaul of the prison system too as it is an area of the gamemode which has seen little updated content since cityrp was incepted.
