Suggestion for <in-game>

In detail, explain your suggestion: Whilst the paramedic can heal a user from a car crash or something alike, the injured user needs to get further help at the hospital. The paramedic would temporarily heal the injured citizen of which later the paramedic would transport this injured individual to the hospital where a "zone" or a NPC will fully heal the user. If the user does not go to the hospital he will loose HP fast again. Preventing the user from driving himself (as it's not realistic after being helped by a paramedic) and a reduced help from the healthkits can take place.. this means the paramedic or a police officer can drop the user off at the hospital zone.

Of course this would only apply to grave injuries, such as car crashes or extremely low HP due to gun wounds or something alike - perhaps damage can be identified and as such it would later be decided if a trip to hospital is needed or not.

Why should this be implemented? Gives the paramedic job far more purpose and some side RP, rather than just heal them and they can run off later. Also prevents people going immediately to their business after an accident or shoot out.

But instead of a NPC or a zone, make it so that FAK's and EMS health kits can heal only up to 25% of health if injured and revived, other than capping your stamina to 0 and showing your status as "crippled". To fully heal, a person needs to be taken to the hospital, where EMS health kits can heal fully inside of the operating rooms.
this doesn't apply, of course, to admin revives and applies to police health kits too.
To make it fair for government, a full heal should be possible until injured.

Well -Support if this is going to be happening to anyone injured.
This should be a thing which 1 in 10 people get.

Increasing the work load too much for the paramedics could mean they will miss their calls.

Neutral/+Support if it is not something that everyone gets after being injured.

Well if this makes paramedic job a bit more interested, far more people will join it and as such there will be sufficient  amount of paramedics to deal with the calls. And IRL not all calls to 112 can be responded right away

Keep it simple and add the defibrillators back.
