Suggestion for <in-game>
In detail, explain your suggestion: Whilst the paramedic can heal a user from a car crash or something alike, the injured user needs to get further help at the hospital. The paramedic would temporarily heal the injured citizen of which later the paramedic would transport this injured individual to the hospital where a "zone" or a NPC will fully heal the user. If the user does not go to the hospital he will loose HP fast again. Preventing the user from driving himself (as it's not realistic after being helped by a paramedic) and a reduced help from the healthkits can take place.. this means the paramedic or a police officer can drop the user off at the hospital zone.
Of course this would only apply to grave injuries, such as car crashes or extremely low HP due to gun wounds or something alike - perhaps damage can be identified and as such it would later be decided if a trip to hospital is needed or not.
Why should this be implemented? Gives the paramedic job far more purpose and some side RP, rather than just heal them and they can run off later. Also prevents people going immediately to their business after an accident or shoot out.

Pardon if any parts were unclear or bad grammar, I just got off my night shift.
