Why should you be unbanned?:  I didnt realise there were two officers (The one behind) So when they one i could see had his gun pointed down reloading i shot at him.

I was told by a teacher if the gun was not ready to fire it was like there was no gun pointed at you

You would have noticed that there was two cops anyway, so common sense would have been to look before you shot anyway.
