Why should you be unbanned?: I didnt realise there were two officers (The one behind) So when they one i could see had his gun pointed down reloading i shot at him.

Even if he was reloading, you still had one gun at you (doesnt matter if it was reloading) directly at you whilst you was on the floor.

I was told by a teacher if the gun was not ready to fire it was like there was no gun pointed at you

You would have noticed that there was two cops anyway, so common sense would have been to look before you shot anyway.

Looking for those people after you got shot is no good. It was your own fault that you broke FearRP. Even if he is reloading, your life is still in danger.
