As in, if you can make sure that your game doesn't freeze upon loading.

It does I removed the lauch options and tried again.

Well, GMOD tends to have a couple of seconds where it freezes up whilst trying to update addons and stuff (for me at least). Would you say it's taking longer than that or?

For me it freezes at the blue screen and the menu

You know when you start it there's a blue screen before the facepunch logo and the loading bar below it?
