I've had exactly this idea for long so here are some more ideas that I've thought of.

Ideas: (Will be updated with more...)
1. The police have a medium chance of getting a notification if you enter the Dark Net.
2. Create your own webserver of your "limecomputer" and host a website coded in HTML on it.
3. Give all computers Ip's.
4. Internet Speed. Would be bought on the computer by entering the settings maybe? (This would also be used when hacking, if hacking will be implemented..)
5. Command prompt.
6. Make hacking a skill that needs practice and experience.
7. A forum website on the Dark Net where you can learn hacking, etc..
8. Ability to steal notepad documents by hacking.
9. VPNs.
10. Security solutions for servers, etc, that will make hacking harder.
11. Ability to DDos computers.
12. President have the ability to block websites. (You should still be able to enter them if you know what you're doing)
13. Create a simple coding language so you can create simple programs for the command prompt. This could also be used for automation if hosting a server.
14. A calendar application. (Could be used for planning and booking stuff.)


I would love to contribute to this by any way if needed.

1. I disagree on having it set as a notification but rather, as mentioned, have it so that they are able to trace a computer via their IP. However this is made much more difficult if the person is using a VPN to mask their IP, then they would need a much more advanced software to unmask that.

I'm thinking that hacking Gorvernment Computer will be instandly noticed by the gorvernment and this can be a reason for a New Job *Insert the job name that helping gorvernment with Computer here*. But this maybe too far so for a short term i will suggest to having a mini game when you are hacking a computer that how it make it more difficult and getting more fun when hacking.Darkweb should be a way that Cop cannot track down or hard to track down as Darkweb is a place that all user are having no name and possibly no IP so there have no way in tracking crime in Darkweb An also giving a advantage for criminal as the gorvernment got so much advantage from my privious suggestion.
