Drunk or not, it was you who committed the actions and you were punished for it. As Wulf said, you're responsible for your own actions.

I've dealt with a few cases where players have claimed that they have a temper issue and that they do things they didn't mean to do, but they still did the things they did and they were punished for it. We don't make exceptions if someone has a temper issue or if they were drunk. If you were drunk then it's your fault for coming on our servers, and it's your fault that you couldn't control yourself.

It sounds like you had a good night out, but I'm afraid that your actions on our server(s) were too severe to ignore and I see no reason why this ban should be altered. You know a lot better Kipsee and it's a shame that you got yourself in this situation to begin with, but it's your own fault for doing the things you did and you were punished.

You can clearly see from everyone's responses here kippsee that whether you are drunk or not, you will be held responsible for your actions, which in this case were awful ones that I would never want repeated especially from you. You want your ban to be reduced however it will not happen i'm afraid due to the basic principle of 'being drunk' is not a good enough reason.

Can we just get it clear here that Kippsee is blatantly lying right now? He was on TS all night with me and others and wasn't drinking at all, if he was drunk why would he change his name on steam before coming on then happens to break rules?

You're not a regular here. I'm not stirring the pot, but the fact remains that Limelight is not your regular server. Your activity backs this up; in the month of June you joined for a total of 3 hours.

So why did you choose Limelight to come proppush? It was you who did it, whether you remember the next day or not. You had the intention of minging on the servers. You came onto the servers with the sole intention of doing just that.

In my opinion, Kippsee, your unban request has been compose poorly. I'd be more inclined to listen to you if you took a different angle.
Your unban request lacks remorse. Rather than talking about your history, general behaviour, valid reasons as to why you as a person should be unbanned, you're talking about a girl's ass.
You're asking for the ban to be appealed because you don't feel responsible.

You alone are responsible for your actions. Whilst I feel empathetic towards you, I do not believe your attitude shows that an unban will be beneficial.

What's to stop you getting drunk again as you claim you were and doing it all over again? Because you as a person are better than that? Because next time you'll be sure to be aware of what you're doing? Ask an admin for temporary suspension just in case? Don't worm your way out of liability. Prove to us that you regret breaking the rules. Prove to us that you're worth unbanning.

Well I talked to Brynn about reversing the whole thing for like an hour, telling him how much I regretted it. I have not got a clue how else I can show I am worthy.

I will get a ban when I think I will do such things again. What else are you looking for?

I spoke to you when you a few days after the ban was placed, mainly to inform you about the extension. You claimed that you were drunk, which to be honest. I did not believe. You went on L² with a different steam name to what you normally have so we did not realize it you was you. I fail to see why the ban should be removed, your actions accounted for your ban. If you were drunk you should have contacted us.
