You can see how I pull out cuff for the arrest and he runs back. FearRP is off when he shoot at me. I shoot back and kill him.

Well here is how i thought about it. In real life in order for a police officer to take out a pair of handcuffs he must put his gun into a holster, so when you brought your hand cuffs out to randomly search me i pulled out my gun.  I realize that is still against the rules but

Yeah i had another look at the rules afterward and realized i broke one of the rules. My bad
