Dupe Donation Initiative

Dear Citizen of Evo City,

I want to give all of these building designs away for FREE to you or anyone hoping to make a positive change to Evocity. I want to get this town thriving again so help me with these buildings!

OOC information.
Some of the builds are 40 prop versions only but I have made an effort in making 30 prop versions for new members of the community. Please pm me on the forums if you have any issues with the dupes or have suggestions for future free dupes. These are all currently located in advandced duplicator under the public list/designing tomorrow. I have created many "stands" that can be placed anywhere on the map really. Please make sure you get admin permission before pasting these down. Side note: The dupes might not hit the exact prop limit but it is because I have used buttons in place of the props. Feel free to copy them and edit them any way you want but do not go over the prop limit and account for the usage of button props. PLEASE paste these w/o constraints to help reduce server lag. Nexus Security

Comments: This secure barricade will stop even the deadliest attacks and protect the government! This build comes with a state of the art security monitor outpost, security checkpoint, access to 3 cameras around the area(nexus, jail cells and the main street), firearm supplies, bathroom, and a vending machine. Walls are made with reinforced thick brick that is impenetrable to any gun!

Quaint Apartment

Fish and Bait Shop

Comments: This realistic shop is great for any angler needing to sell his fish to the citizens of Evocity. Comes with lots of storage, fish prep table, and even an upstairs area! Along with all of this it includes saftey rails and a tin roof over hang to keep the rain off of the customers.

Rockford Mechanic Shop

Comments: Welcome grease monkeys to your new place of business! This rustic build comes with a car ramp (to let mechanics work under the cars), work areas to rebuild parts of cars, storage area for car parts, a waiting area for customers, a winch(not functional) to lift engine blocks, and even a fueling station! Our idea was to build something unique but to still fit the style of the existing building.

When using advanced duplicator, in the menu where you usually find your own saved dupes, instead select "public folder" on the very top. From there find "designing tomorrow" folder in the menu. Their public dupes are inside.
