Ok so you can no longer instantly kill your self when injured 
No paramedic - 20 seconds
Paramedic - 3 mins

Also you no longer just die 
To improve rp you now get injured (ragdoll) when you run out of hp
Your hp is reset to 90 to allow time to be saved before injuries kill you

Awsome Idea. Its a bit weird if there is a shooting and while the police is cleaning up the scene/getting out the last hostage whatever you see a ghost comming to get his car back. This might rise the awareness of NLR as well as it will definately increase the fun of beeing a paramedic, since so far death could often be the better choice.
Even though it can be pretty painfull in scenarios where we got those kinda paramedics who take their defibrilator as a device for mass carnage/private revenge tripps... but thats pretty rare

It'll be extremely useful for allowing officers to arrest suspects that just want to start a shootout and force them to undergo a jail sentence.

Could there be a way that getting shot in the face prevents getting ragdolled?

The chances of surviving a bullet to your face is pretty much 0, and seeing someone become injured after an AWM or revolver bullet to their face is not really realistic 

Maybe combine this with the realistic player damage mod, so that each separate limb contains a percentage of becoming a ragdoll.
Head 0%
Chest 50%
Arms 100%
Legs 100%


This will hopefully force players to shoot carefully instead of spraying and praying with a p90.

Kinda killed paramedic RP for me earlier. I was too busy treating everyone. Went about 15 minutes just non-stop reviving people. Got so many calls at once I didn't have time to RP it properly. One incident saw me tending to 4 different victims at once. That was some fun triage.

You should have looked into hiring some more paramedics and opening a hospital.
