What exactly was the arrest for and what was the background behind it?

I never planned to arrest someone in the first spot. I simply wanted to find out who the owner of the wrongfully parked Monaco was. After I was met with extreme hostility, especially from cheet, I decided to take cheet out of the bar/dinner in order to have him detained/arrested for the offenses he committed (failure to cooperate with a LEO, insubordination, insulting a LEO). No warrant was written and I was just questioning cheet whilst he remained in cuffs for my own security. A couple of seconds after that I was met with 5 ARs.

I tried talking to you but you just ignored me and then decided to arrest Cheet,
as I have said we would have let you go but you shot first.

I don't recall me saying pig at any given point I said something like ''Are you gonna pay for that huh?''
Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't remember insulting you at all.
