Yeah, let's wipe the economy so my 2500 hours of playtime are wasted, sure.

Minigames? lmao

Minigame is not to be construed with something like playing Castle Wars or something like that on Runescape (a full 20-minute activity). A minigame in this case is defined as something to add a new element to the content loop which is unexpected or breaks up the current loop, creating a feeling of variety. The "minigame" in this case would a fireman being called out to fix a road (or a government worker) to add a new element to the existing content loop to break it up but not distract too much to the main objective. The best example is having to fix a utility in a menu where you connect pieces together and solve a small but approachable puzzle for those of all skill levels.

As for the economy reset and balancing, that is one of my more radical ideas (which I do believe would do a lot of good for the server) but the connection people have to their current items would most likely cause it to have very poor reception and have a poor execution.

By doing a economic reset and nerfing these superpots, possibly adding some new money making materials that doesn't destroy the state of the economy.
The inflation on the server is ridiculous and is not even semi-serious rather something i saw in a darkrp server once. 
There is also need to adjust the price of different items. 
Make inflation great again.

Wiping money will never work...

People paid Rl money for Moneypacks. People worked for 100s of Hours for all there Assets and Money. There are ways of Fixing the Economy for Sure, However, Wiping money won't work and will just anger people.

Wiping economy and giving out refunds with the new value of the currency to the players would be a great idea, but it would also have to come with a massive change in how death works, how the economy works, basically a LL 2.0

And minigames are hella lit. Y'all may not think it, but minigame servers are still one of the most popular servers in Gmod.

just because we change to a different map, thats not going to suddenly remove the current prominant cops and robbers element. rp's are very limited due to the type of playerbase, nothing to do with the map

That is were I disagree. The map has everything to do with the roleplay, Truenorth had the USFS RP's, Skiing RP's, Hand-gliding RP's, Natural disaster RP's and a lot more. Rockford has had plane crash RP's, Drownings, People stuck in the ravine RP's, Hospital & Hospital fire RP's. I have yet to see anything like this on Evocity that will actually get people to RP together.

That is were I disagree. The map has everything to do with the roleplay, Truenorth had the USFS RP's, Skiing RP's, Hand-gliding RP's, Natural disaster RP's and a lot more. Rockford has had plane crash RP's, Drownings, People stuck in the ravine RP's, Hospital & Hospital fire RP's. I have yet to see anything like this on Evocity that will actually get people to RP together.

Better Map= Better Roleplay.

On a serious note though, we witnessed it,

When we had rockford the Rp's going were really good
Truenorth Rp was also decent
Evocity from the time that ive been on and from what others are saying theres really no roleplay going on..
