In my opinion, it was, don't expect to make DDoS threats to a company and expect it to be taken as a joke.

What you fail to point out is that you have let others get away with similar, so why am I instantly permed?

Also, your player base is dropping so perming people for jokes is not a good idea.

As friendly as I am with you, the Terms of Service of Limelight Gaming provides the following -



Which does indeed mean it is ToS, whilst I understand that it may have been intended as a joke, DDoS is not only harmful to Limelight Gaming from a financial perspective (potential loss of donations) but also from a community perspective (as members have left in the past due to DDoS, no seriously).

It would be nice to extend the ToS to understand the intent of sarcasm or at least a extreme verbal warning for joking about such matters, as of now, the Limelight Gaming Terms of Services does prohibit such as statement.
