I did not make a law to get you arrested, the only time i noticed you having a lockpick was when you ran up to me flashing your light at me.

Thats basically what happend, about 1 min after you made the law because you saw me with a lockpick I get arrested by you.

You should at least wait 5 minutes before enforcing a law, making a law to arrest someone is powergaming and if you arrest someone immediately after a law is made for that law, that is power gaming.

This is against the rules however, I'd understand if the player reported made the mistake. It's his first time and in my opinion he doesn't need a harsh punishment. He'll receive a permanent warning on making a law to arrest a person - powergaming.
