Apologies as it seemed that you had a problem with the ban itself as you stated the most important part being Hungames and others being salty and posting the PR. Can you please state what rule breakage was done by Hungames? 

Also in the future I would suggest splitting it into paragraphs for it to be read easier.

Regarding Nightmare, as he issued the ban and investigated the case you want to bring up, he has every right to post on here as he is involved.

Apologies but if you could go into detail regarding which actions were FailRP, which were metagaming and which were powergaming it would make investigating easier.

The only reason you posted this is because you are upset about being caught breaking rules. You pulled a gun on a cop while under fearrp and got shot, nothing else to it. Hunggames did nothing unreasonable and defended himself with lethal force from an armed suspect resisting arrest.

Well obviously he was not the one who was fail rp'ing it was sourlemon because he didn't contact the responsible/Director for the agents or even the FBI. Metagaming as i can hear that they were talking with each other threw a communication software.
Power gaming is that they did not even call the president they just wanted to shoot us down at any time because they were upset that we were higher than them at that time. i know that i made it a little confusing but what im saying here is that i understand the Hungames did his job as protecting the chief but i should've made a pr on sourlemon tbh because he didn't even want to talk to the director about what even happened. The thing that i was confused about is why the heck didnt sourlemon made the pr on us? why did Hungames do it?

You seem to be unable to grasp the concept that unless your firearm is in your hands, it does not affect you being under fearrp. You broke fearrp plain and simple, how many times do you need it repeated?

FailRP - You just admitted I didn't failRP. You claim it was sourlemon. Make a PR for him if you believe this. 

Metagaming - The rule is: 

3.9 - Do not use information obtained by out-of-character means, in-character (Metagaming). Exception - you may use Teamspeak/Discord/similar as a radio, but only if it would make sense in-character (do not use it to bypass injury, FearRP, NLR, etc.).

We were using teamspeak as a radio. It makes sense in character. 


Powergaming: 3.4 - Powergaming is not allowed. E.g do not write “/me pulls out a gun and shoots his opponent right in the head” when it hasn’t actually happened in the game. Instead of “/me kicks the man in the groin” use “/me attempts to kick the man in the groin” and let the other player decide the outcome; alternatively you can use /roll to decide the outcome. Other examples of powergaming – changing jobs just to buy something from the market for yourself, abusing the /demote command to get rid of a police officer holding you at gunpoint.


Nothing that happened was in violation of that rule. We aren't required to call the president or listen to you when we are in danger.


Also, why does it have to be sourlemon who made the PR? I had the footage and was involved, too.
