Suggestion Type: [In-Game/Forums/Other] Ingame
Explain your suggestion, in detail: Restart the server between 1am and 6am 
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Restarting the server will help lag during the day when people are on and will help for updates to come in the game quicker. I said this time becuase there is not many people on/no one on at this time.
