Suggestion for <in-game/forum/teamspeak etc.>: Forum

In detail, explain your suggestion: Add an additional page navigator to the bottom of the changelog page. Similar to sub-forums.

Why should this be implemented? Removes the hassle of having to scroll back to the top each time just to change the page.
