Hell i love setting up coffee shops and bars, but it's kinda demotivating when you have 1 customer who purchases a coffee for 15 dollars and then you stad there for 45 minutes until your next customer arrives. :S

One person can't do enough to bring it back, but I will try my best to bring it back, it will happen slowly but surely.

I'll happily get people involved if people are interested.

And as for an idea to bring it back, we should get a group of people to be involved in a large passiveRP, a mini-event, to get people interested to the concept.

A few days ago I did a 7/11 RP. The key to such a simple RP is allowing other people to sort of take control of the RP in their own way. For example, I had an /it emitter at the front door saying "It smells like rotten food". This allows people to take it their own way. One person came in and took off their shoes. They said their foot smelled the same as the store. While this is quite basic, something so simple as a /it emitter with an open message can bring the RP to a new light.

That being said though, there aren't that many rewards for doing passive RP. Government REPs usually give you something that you can use for aggressive RP (SWAT van, Spike Strips, Heavy Armor Suit, Grenades). General REPs give you items to enhance your RP, which can be used for passive RP, but not always. If there was a larger reward for doing well thought out underground RPs, maybe more people would do them instead of just shooting everything since they are a criminal.

You know what I learned during my RPs? You have the most fun if you are doing it together. There should probably be a steam group or discord chat/server with people who are interested in passive RPing. If you feel like you want to RP you will just write it in the group and others will join.

Also a great way to meet people you didn't meet before or to get to know people as a new player.

Make a PassiveRP Group that plans PassiveRP and does them together. Basically, would increase the amount of people that would be introduced to PassiveRP, on the forums. It can be a place to share experiences. This would influence some people to join the group that are new to the server and are browsing the server. Maybe some people haven't heard of PassiveRP. I wouldn't mind starting one if people think I should, and I would have someone to help me, I have been really busy.
