Changing to neutral. Still I see the problem with the arrest system. If it would be reworked I would support this.

-support,

A cop has the police database to know if a player is warranted, as they would realistically.

A player gets a notification to know if they're warranted, as they would realistically (a letter from the courts)

It's not unfair because the cop has a database, and the player is notified accordingly. Perhaps just give the player one notification instead of making it hover on their screen. This way it's fair for all parties.

Warrant Notifications should come however not instantly. When you receive a warrant IRL they do not arrive instantly. I recommend having a 5/10/15 minute delay before being notified of such action.

Since the map is small, I think 5 would be long enough.

That works about 25% of the time and is meant to give police advantage as they're better funded.

Except the ones that get a warrant that are on the run (As most of the players are). If we want realism, we should make the notification an option, not something that goes on every warrant.
