I liked where these were going, but they lack actual content you've created as the 2nd one is just gameplay with an intro (I mean visuals and effects wise). Do you have anything to show basic animation (Like a banner) or creative use of special effects?

I think I'm pretty good at video and image editing.
I can provide some edits I've done if you want, but they aren't really very trailer-ey. Let me know if you want me to try put something together that's more like a trailer of some sort and I can give it a shot. 

These are mostly just videos I've pieced together with subtitles and stuff just for my own pleasure since I enjoy video editing.

I dont like that the trailer is mostly filmed in the nighttime, the logo seems pushed against the border on the right and some camera angles are repeated and it doesnt really show the map good enough for me.

I'm pretty sure the map is designed to be night time only.

I don't know if this is all map devs, but he made the map in night time first then planned on making a daytime version. The reason for doing this is that you can make the map and add lighting later, saves time. As stated in the video the map was at VERY early stages so what I showed in the video was what had been made at the time. Many of the problems you stated there were unavoidable at the time.
