But when you're leaving a player detained for over 5mins then you will have to unarrest me, or just put me to jail. But for some reason when you were wasting my time you didn't say that you want to rp out this situation more detailfully instead of using the arrest baton.

If it had been 5 minutes since you were originally detained by Winters/the warrant was originally assigned, then I was unaware. I had you cuffed for about 2 minutes before you decided to start giving a hard time, that much I do know.

E: I just searched the IG rules for "5" and "five" and saw no such rule about 5 minute detainments. Also did a forums search for "detain minutes" with no results. I'm not sure where you're getting that one from, to be honest.

What I did find, however, in regards to your "You didn't have a gun on me" post earlier:

Code:
2.1e If someone switches from a gun to handcuffs/rope in order to detain you, FearRP still applies.
But you have unarrest me, therefore I can run away where as, if you held the gun at me to get inside of the car then fear rp applies but fear rp was not, when I had the chance to run away. Since you stepped into your car. But even if I was inside of your car you can tell me to get out.

When you unarrested me you never pointed the gun at me, to get inside you just stepped in thinking I would of had got inside, but I ran off as my rp background and situation.
[/quote]
I didn't know what you were doing to me when I was next to Crazyone. You made me stare at you mumbling words that I can't even hear you.

You're just repeating stuff over and over at this point. Letting the suits take it from here.

I'm just making my judgment on the rules that you stated.

"When placing in a car, uncuffing is merely a technical thing to be able to get into the car. " What you could of had done was to force me into the car with a gun pointed at me. How was I going to know that you was going to make a realistic RP situation out of this without letting me know. I would of had allowed that.

Well that isn't true because when you have uncuffed me you didn't point the gun at me. But in a RP sense the suspect would of had escaped as I am a criminal. Just because I am uncuffed doesn't mean that I'm detained.]

There was no fail rp, I am a criminal I can run off, but you didn't had me at gunpoint.

The rules doesn't say "When you're uncuffed you can't run off as a criminal"

Just re-iterating the fact that when you're put into a vehicle, uncuffing is out of rp since it's technically in possible within the game itself for someone to enter a vehicle while they are cuffed.

Just re-iterating as well that when you uncuff me, you can gun point me to get inside.

If I was in the driver seat and I drove off then that would be classed as fear rp, because I drove away from gun point.

Approved

Closing Notes: When you are detained or hostaged, when asked to get in a vehicle, you must obey it if not under fearp. This is because the animations will not allow the player to enter the vehicle, so you will be presumed still under restraints, but will have them removed to enter the vehicle. Another problem that we must work with is that a driver must be seated before passenger seats can be used. That is why he stepped in the vehicle before you @bob

The timer for arrests does not start until he actually places you in the jail via the arrest baton and he can choose to transport you, prcoess you, or anything else to enhance the RP. After all you are being arrested.

If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.

Player will be given a 1 Day Suspension.
