Summary: Was going to do a drive in to jail. Went to uncuff under the pretense he got in my vehicle (already did open door, said out of character to get in when I get in, etc), he took off running just saying "Stop wasting my time, stop wasting my time" not understanding that a jail sentece begins when placed in a cell.

And if you did put me at gunpoint I would of had got inside of the car, but you didn't therefore my reason to take off was valid.

He could of had placed me in jail, but he didn't because he wasn't using his arrest baton which is there for the police officers to use. I had no idea what he was going to do with me.

When placing in a car, uncuffing is merely a technical thing to be able to get into the car. As far as not using the baton, it was more or less connected to an already detailed RP situation (that the original officer to call shots fired was involved in), so I decided against using the baton and playing it out just because the RP that was connected to the situation was a pretty detailed one.

@Cameron was involved in the RP before you were (arrested for driving down railroad tracks and trespassing). @Winters (idk his account) was as well (the original officer that got out and put you at gunpoint as he was impounding Cameron's car from the original RP scenario).

Well, you should of had told me that it was going to be that type of rp in out of character, instead of just leaving me detained for more than 5 mins.

Yes I did meta game, by accident because I wasn't thinking properly. But then I realised what I was doing was wrong. The situation was when I gave 1000 to Crazyone to kill you. However he didn't kill you and said "I dont want to break the rules".

But when you're leaving a player detained for over 5mins then you will have to unarrest me, or just put me to jail. But for some reason when you were wasting my time you didn't say that you want to rp out this situation more detailfully instead of using the arrest baton.

If it had been 5 minutes since you were originally detained by Winters/the warrant was originally assigned, then I was unaware. I had you cuffed for about 2 minutes before you decided to start giving a hard time, that much I do know.

E: I just searched the IG rules for "5" and "five" and saw no such rule about 5 minute detainments. Also did a forums search for "detain minutes" with no results. I'm not sure where you're getting that one from, to be honest.

But you have unarrest me, therefore I can run away where as, if you held the gun at me to get inside of the car then fear rp applies but fear rp was not, when I had the chance to run away. Since you stepped into your car. But even if I was inside of your car you can tell me to get out.

When you unarrested me you never pointed the gun at me, to get inside you just stepped in thinking I would of had got inside, but I ran off as my rp background and situation.

That's where the FailRP comes in. You have over 250 hours on this server. You should know by now that even though you're uncuffed so that you can enter the vehicle, you're not actually "uncuffed" and are still detained in an RP sense.
