Alright, it has all worked for a number of months but here they are:

CPU: AMD Athlon ii x4 750k (3.4GHz Quad Core)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6670 (1GB vRAM)
RAM: 8GB (1600MHz)

Alright, I see your problem. Tends to be more and more common which is slightly worrying. Here's what I'd like you to do.

- Restart Steam
- Verify game cache of GMOD
- Verify game cache of CSS/HL2/etc
- Attempt to join the server.

If that doesn't work, please let me know.

Not sure what the problem was, but a new graphics card fixed this! Maybe directx or something.. Thanks anyway.
