I called Tracer a 'pig' since earlier he rammed my car at the AMPM, then he deiced to create his own list of laws and then attempted to arrest me. You can see I was on the property, he also demanded to come in because there was a 'wanted man' on the property yet I had no arrest warrant either. Sir clearly is in no wrong since he had a valid reason to shoot. I don't see what he had done wrong and there is no other evidence to back up your player report on Mr Sir, if anyone was in the wrong it was you creating your own laws and attempting to arrest me. If there are no laws on insulting the police/government then you cannot arrest me, it is basically freedom of speech. You cannot go up to someone and arrest them for going 50 MPH in the city and say it is 'Common Sense' I would consider reading the rules Tracer, you should know better with the amount of hours you have.

No, you cannot Tracer.  In fact, you are breaking 10.2 for entering property without a search warrant.  You didn't have a warrant on the other man, your life was not in danger, you have no right to enter the building without consent from the owner.

I'm going to be honest with you here.  That kind of attitude is exactly one of the main issues we are having right now with 'Random arrest!'.  Those that think that they can just do anything they want because they are the law.

Overall, the pub owner was feeling pressure from you, you did not back down, you did not leave, you did not get a warrant and you took the opportunity to barge in when the door was opened.

So, I feel that this should be denied.  If you wanted to arrest that man for calling you a pig, put an arrest warrant on him, then a search warrant on the property so that you can enter.  Otherwise, you wait outside and not be a pest, a disgrace to the government forces.

How else is he meant to reply without going into character? Yes I agree that the whole arrest situation should be done in game, the president should be contacted etc. Yet I want to make you understand and realize you are not the law and cannot go out and arrest anyone by creating your own laws. Yes, you can.  But you still need to follow the server rules.  You know, 10.2 that I previously stated.  That is a Server Rule.  You don't break it without admin permission.  As such, as I stated previously, you get an Arrest Warrant on the person that called you a pig, then a search warrant on the building that is housing him.  Even a corrupt officer cannot break Server Rules.

You may not, a corrupt cop may arrest people for various reasons, but you were not roleplaying as a corrupt cop neither did you have any custom job title.

Closing Notes: As SirWulf kindly stated, "you are breaking 10.2 for entering a property without a search warrant." Although there are some exceptions such as loss of life being a possibility, you were moving to arrest a "wanted man" which no way justifies your actions. Mr. Sir was justified in the shooting.

Your actions as believing you can arrest whoever you want for whatever reason you want have been noted and you will recieve a 10 Hour Police and SWAT Blacklist for your knowledge of our rules and yet allowing yourself to create these situations.
