Firstly i'm going to explain why i even got a shotgun equipt:
When i opened my pub at back street apartments i got 3 corleons at me at once, trying to break into my property.
So i equipt a shotgun to scare em off.
Then Tracer/MrKat shows up, i let Blurr into my property and Mrkat follows him into my property without any permission or a warrants.
I told him several times before the recording started to leave but he refused(Also i would like MrKat to upload the full video of the situation.
That is the full video of the situation. before I asked to come in to camp on the corleones trying to raid you and this guy comes up and calles me a pig so I start arresting him and he run inside so I was arresting him. You rdmed me as you killed me as a LEGAL job.
You tried to get in my property even before blurr showed up.
Standing outside the door and telling me several times to open the door.
As i had a weapon i didnt want to let you in, you were just using blurr as a reason to get into my property.
btw you started to arrest him when he already was inside on my property.
I tried getting in as I said I wanted to camp and wait for the robbers to come so I would arrest them. Blurr came outside your door and called me a pig. you let him in and I came in to arrest him. The vid shows rest. The point is you killed me as a LEGAL JOB without any valid reason. If I trespassed onto your property then you roleplay going to the president.

I couldnt roleplay it to take it to the president as police was already looking for me for possession of a weapon.
You never said that you wanted to camp in my property, but i still told you to leave and you didnt listen.
I had my reasons to injure you, as of my situation before you came along.
Well you knew I was after him. You just chose this as an opportunity to rdm.
Is there anymore evidence to this, because the video only recording your voice and only a short timeframe doesn't help what you're accusing.

As Soviethooves has posted the video doesn't contain the events that happend before Mr.Kat came and already problems with the goverment trying to scare off Corleones who were trying to rob my store.
I called Tracer a 'pig' since earlier he rammed my car at the AMPM, then he deiced to create his own list of laws and then attempted to arrest me. You can see I was on the property, he also demanded to come in because there was a 'wanted man' on the property yet I had no arrest warrant either. Sir clearly is in no wrong since he had a valid reason to shoot. I don't see what he had done wrong and there is no other evidence to back up your player report on Mr Sir, if anyone was in the wrong it was you creating your own laws and attempting to arrest me. If there are no laws on insulting the police/government then you cannot arrest me, it is basically freedom of speech. You cannot go up to someone and arrest them for going 50 MPH in the city and say it is 'Common Sense' I would consider reading the rules Tracer, you should know better with the amount of hours you have.

I can arrest anyone I want for any reason I want. The arrests are in character so deal with them in character.
You cannot arrest anyone you want for any reason, that is like arresting a hobo because he is begging for money? Makes no sense, if it is not a law then you cannot do so, also in the video you say 'Say that again?' in which I don't but you still continue to handcuff me later on, you also were pulling the door multiple times even though he attempted to shut it.

No, you cannot Tracer. In fact, you are breaking 10.2 for entering property without a search warrant. You didn't have a warrant on the other man, your life was not in danger, you have no right to enter the building without consent from the owner.
I'm going to be honest with you here. That kind of attitude is exactly one of the main issues we are having right now with 'Random arrest!'. Those that think that they can just do anything they want because they are the law.
Overall, the pub owner was feeling pressure from you, you did not back down, you did not leave, you did not get a warrant and you took the opportunity to barge in when the door was opened.
So, I feel that this should be denied. If you wanted to arrest that man for calling you a pig, put an arrest warrant on him, then a search warrant on the property so that you can enter. Otherwise, you wait outside and not be a pest, a disgrace to the government forces.
