After a lot of searching from Apaxon International we have finally pinned down who owned the large stock pile of weapons found at Little Village a few months ago. [Here] After lots of research and testing of DNA we have finally come to the conclusion that the weapons belong the FIA or Federal Investigation Agency. Though there have been rumours floating around that the head of the FIA had escaped these rumours seem to be false and FIA may still be operating in Evo-City.
