What would make you have more interest in the server, or get you back into it, if you are not currently?

more criminal rp and a new damage system
More events happening on the servers, even if they're small ones and for more people to participate in them since it seems some of the builds people make look fantastic and work amazingly but don't get anywhere near the amount of attention they deserve.
Better presidential system

A better combat system
Update VCMod to make shooting tyres out possible
More detective possibilties - gun residue and the like
The ability to place items into boots
Not crashing 6 times before being able to join properly
Expanded economy systems and clan support systems intergrated with them with a proper crafting system and system for resource processing/collection as well as more or less expanded systems for every job.

Chef that can actualy cook instead of poofing in food.

Paramedics that need to actualy heal/stabalize people instead of waving a magic wand at them.

Mechanics that need to use real tools to do work on the vehicles, with appropriate effects/sounds.

"Minigames" Things to do within the game that are just fun, fishing, casino games, chess, checkers and the like (I provided LL with the updated code to use to fix the blackjack table almost a year ago,and thus far nothing has been done with it).

Look no further than Space Station 13 for an example on how in depth systems can be used  to make being a Janitor fun, hell being a maintenance worker or a priest in that is fun because of their systems
Fix FPS.

More "singleplayer" content (take Monolith RP for example and their crafting/skilling system) that makes the game fun and drives people together but isn't dependant on other players to work. The best kind of content is that which can be done alone, but is easier/more convenient as well as fun with friends.

Delete American server (waste of money).

Invest in new devs to produce more interesting content. If FL has more content than us when we left them initially to produce more content without being cucked by Soulripper, I think we've become the problem we intended to solve.

Fix how cars drive or remove cars exploding.

Reset economy, nerf weed, buff meth, fix our darkrp market where you buy everything from the F1 menu and combat hyperinflation.

Implement a better clan system where you don't have to go to the website to manage it.

Fix colour scheme from orange and black to something that stands out from the dark colour pallet of Gmod.

Streamline and get rid of the HUNDREDS of commands we have or add a commands page like FL. Compile these commands to options on the UI/HUD. The learning curve is so steep for new players it's rediculous. Even I can hardly figure it all out.

Fix FPS

Rework jobs so 50% of them aren't useless (taxi driver, doctor, chef, security guard, vice president)

Remove useless jobs/content

Do what FL did and add custom emotes like thinking so LL is no longer just /me's. Give people the tools they need to roleplay and have fun doing it and you will see more people actually passive RPing.

Fix the donater perks. Who the f*ck uses the military suits anyway?

Fix FPS.

Stop producing content with the idea of what you WANT people to do with it and instead what WILL people do with it. Example: every time we change maps our community circle-jerks the idea of "great RP areas" for people to build in and create an immersive experience with. Who actually has the time for that? We keep changing maps because it's the same thing every time: bland, repetitive content of drive around, raid, shoot cops, and wait for something to happen when that loop gets boring.
We have a giant steel mill, sugar plant, grocery store, mineshaft, woods, and a river. PUT SOMETHING THERE FOR PEOPLE TO DO.

Remove or do something with trading cards and other dead content.

Fix FPS.

I know how this post may come across as rather blunt and rude, but that's because it's meant to be that way. After seeing the US server be announced, by far the worst decision I've seen the team make and a complete misread on what this community needs, I think it's time for this rude awakening.

As the devs and overseers of this server, it's your job to make this fun for the players. So how about instead of making the admin rank a glorified babysitter to a server half-full of screaming autists, you make this shit run itself. Fill the map with content like an effective crafting system, minigames like hunting animals in the woods or anything Blackdog suggested, fixing appliances, and more. Do that and you'll find people to be enjoying themselves more and not have to resort to killing each other for fun. Make it grindy, make it long, but ultimately make it feel rewarding in the end. Take Runescape as an excellent example.
