Summary: Basically Constrictor and myself, we're casually driving around after leaving an admin-sit. We are then stopped by Corgi who slides around our car attempting to block us off (Could have ran somebody over easily). He then shouts "Stop the vehicle" or something of that nature, but we try to go around him because we don't want to go to jail for "Speeding" and "Wreckless Driving".  He then magically teleports out of the vehicle and instantly shot us without saying anything else. We were talking in OOC and I found that there is no speed limit at all, and the one that does exist, the RV can't even reach. This isn't the first time he's just teleported out of his vehicle and shot people for evading and I think that for "Speeding" and "Wreckless Driving" its a ridiculous thing to kill for. 

Edit: For the second clip you can see them both jump out and shoot me, then laugh afterwards about it. Again, un-necessary force used. 

I think it's huge failRP and is just ridiculous. I'd also like to add that he claims I broke FearRP but he never had a gun out, and when he did, I couldn't even stop or even react to it because it was an instant "boom".

Edit: James hellfire and Corgi can be heard laughing after they shoot me, I can't remember the reason but it is clearly excessive force. But you can clearly hear and see me pull off the gas and begin to slow down.

You then proceed to reverse and ram my Interceptor therefore you get shot for evasion and ramming my vehicle. I don't see how it's FailRP as it happens in real life if you're attempting to flee and additionally nearly run over an officer. You presented a threat to the public with your wreckless driving. On the second occasion a few minutes later, you once again wreckless drive and breakcheck two Interceptor's before being shot dead.  I also don't see why you put Wreckless Driving in brackets as you were driving in both lanes and swerving inbetween then. I wouldn't of 'nearly ran anyone over' as I was quite aware of where I needed to end up. I'm not going to wrecklessly drive and endanger people like how you did.

Its not the first time chicken has broke fear rp i was there and everything corgi says is true. we have had many times with chicken breaking fear rp. If anything there should be a report on chicken

If you don't hear sirens, that isn't our fault. It is yours. If you see a police car infront of you and you purposely try and ram it out of the way to evade, you are going to get shot for fleeing and nearly hitting an officer.

I was in the unmarked Dodge, which was the second car behind you. We both had sirens on and yet you failed to stop, shot were fired as you were evading. Saying you didn't hear sirens is frankly stupid, as thats not a vlid reason to just continue to drive on.

Watch the video, you can clearly not hear sirens, If I cannot hear sirens, then how can I expect you? I only knew you were there when Corgi came and tried to stop me.

Where on earth does it show that there was fearRP? Oh, do you mean the 5 seconds I had to stop after corgi got out of the car and shot me? Woopsie.

This and what happened in-game cannot be even remotely put together. Was I a fleeing gangster or drug dealer? I don't think so. 

You shot me because I was speeding... And going in and out of the lines a bit?
Out of character, the RV Isn't an easy thing to drive. It's got a lot of over-steer which makes it hard to correct and get rolling smoothly in the lines of the road.

As if we in-game have enough time to make an entire profile and investigation into people we didn't even see the faces of.

So then that gives you less reason to shoot the vehicle. An RV is usually a place for, I don't know, perhaps a family to go out and have a nice vacation or holiday. What if there was a child on-board or something? There was no real danger to warrant a kill.
