I probably will not say much about this however, it was one but there are a few fixable issues that people can see and would love for it to be sorted out. Some of these were suggested in the the Suggestions and the Bug Reports and that could be one of the reasons.

You are correct, may people did complain about it however, the people that complained about it from what I have noticed didn't really play the US Rockford at all anyways. People complained about there being lag however sure, there was a high ping count as I received however, it didn't affect any of my game play, maybe the odd spike or two ever five or ten minutes.

People where complaining about it for there being the fact from my view that there was a new map and they probably think it was 'unplayable' due to them 'probably' receiving high ping because of it being a US Server and that it would affect how the servers are played. The services that are provided by Lime Light, again from my view are quite high quality from what I know and feel as I didn't lag or experience much of a problem when doing so.

And from what I quote from a gaming company called Blizzard Entertainment to what they have said to their customers (even though I think they are wrong). The users don't always know what they want.

Im sorry guys, but 2 servers at same map? No logic. Try diferent maps, 6 pages of comments, only 1/3 of the players who comment really play in Rockford or limelight at all.

.The reason for one which I see for the staff team doing this was because the US server which Burnett has explained in the thread that they are receiving steam connection issues to which they didn't want to leave the servers up to one. For another, I believe as SovietHooves had stated that some of the people who did actually comment on the service being bad and so before, The server was great and at it's peak when it didn't have the few faults that the Rockford service has to date.

So technically, currently. There is One server using this map. Plus, this map could change in the future to something else if the staff team has decided and not to judge what you have been commenting and else however, I don't really see you on the server, or any of them for that matter so I don't really know how much of the stats and the personal view/feedback you have retrained from yourself apart from looking from the status' at the top of the forums.

Regarding Rockford-US:

The issues are resolved but we are still facing connection-issues to steam-servers.
Atleast we have access to the US-Host and we are trying to fix the connection-issue now.

Gonna be honest. When the US Rockford was not fucked up and broken, it got a decent amount of players, and reached a low of 20ish players, lower at most 2 times a week. We were getting dedicated new members, a whole new experience with a new map and a new part of the community, and an overall great ping and fps for US players ( except me. My ping stayed the same...lel...). We even had EU players coming over to play when EU servers were empty. We had a good amount of people on up to 20:00 Central Time., but because it went downhill with a map change, we lost these players and are now on hold with the server provider, yet in the meantime while US tries to get a little love, EU already has another server up while US players sit in our glorious Freedom Liberty Chairs. Waiting for a server of our own.

The map isn't too big. There just isn't a population to fill it under as of now. You probally wouldn't believe me but may others who was part of the US server will, there was actually a time when there was a population that actually did well, but then there we're a few bugs and it's to the state where we are currently. I personally hate Rockford. Sure, its fun to speed around in your lamborghini, but It's honestly too big. Even with the lag, V33X is one of the best out there.

Actually with 20 people on, it still feels live. People usually drive around the map, meaning you usually run into other players frequently at a decent FPS.
