Summary: Basically propblocking ~ I was police sergeant at the time, while vaggoskesi had a base down in corleone estate as a mechanic. As I was driving past, I heard multiple explosions distinct to contraband (reason for raid was the destruction of criminal evidence). As I was the only LEO on at the time, I immediately issued a search warrant and proceeded to search through his premises, where I came across him hidden behind a set of bookshelves - unbreakable - with no keypad access on my side, despite looking around the room. I had no other choice but to use the breaching charges which were available to me in order to clear his obstruction.
