Changed the % replacecodes to be more user friendly

Oh, and I also extended char limit to 200 characters. Enjoy. (Can change to more or less in the future, depending on how this goes). That is an increase of about 74 characters since the old limit.

If you want to bind over 126 characters you are going to have to use llsay instead of say.
