Closing notes: Player was found to break rule 2.1c. Although the gun was not aimed directly at the player in question, it was only in safe mode, meaning it would take a fraction of a second to lift it and fire: certainly less time than it would take for you to safely escape.

Suspension will be applied for 24 hours.
