Evidence: My intentions were to kill him without people around. Therefore he submitted to my demands perfectly. You are just making up nonsense. Hostage RP does not have only one pattern and as experienced roleplayers you should know it.. My actions were clearly consistent with server rules at the time of my blacklist.

His actions were as a result of non-compliance with our rules and therefore it became an administrative concern, not yours. Fruit was dealt with by Noble and then Fruit began to comply with your instructions/intentions. Straight after Noble had phased you killed Fruit almost instantly so no, it's not valid.

I planned to kill him. I wanted to bring him to my house to execute him silently. Things messsed up. I had to execute him on street. End of story. Kill was valid.

With the correct IC persona I would agree that your reasoning to hostage that particular player was valid, however, you're looking at rule 8.5 incorrectly.

Rule 8.5:

8.5 Once you have taken a hostage, you must look after them until they have submitted to your demands.

Rule 8.4

8.4 Once the hostage has submitted to and given you your demands, you must release him/her.

At no point in all of this should you have killed that person as per rule 8.4 and 8.5.

The blacklist is valid.

Nacreas, I have witnesses and evidence, that Theo,Preditor and Enzyme executed me as a hostage. I doubt they were violating rules. 
Also.. I shoot him. It's okay. I tie him up (to make some better RP) and kill him. I'm getting blacklist. Well that is some great rule.
