because the goverment was getting a call from two guy who saw him, then i go to the guy and they sad it was a securety guard that was hitting with baton. I asked where did he drive and they sad to Corlone. I found him there and i sad come out of the vehicle and he came out, after that i sad "you are suspect for hitting people with baton" so i tazed him because i was thinking he had a gun, so he dont started to shot i tazed and handcuffed. then i sad "jump inside the vehicle so we can drive to the two persons to get this done" and he was not jumping in and then he DC

It seems he chose to D/C due to believing that the situation was not RP. check 1st picture. Also because he believed the reporting user was not listening to the accused's ban threats.

RP situation or not, it doesn't change the fact that he indeed did disconnect to avoid arrest. Random arrests should (nearly) always be figured out IC, not OOC.

Jakey's options were:
- Explaining he wasnt the guy the cop was looking for.
- Ask the police sergeant why he was tazed, we're not even talking about arrest here.
- Go to the president to talk about this sergeant's misbehaviour
- Call an admin (Now I'm not sure if there was an admin online at that time.)

Becoming plain agressive in LOOC about how "This is not an RP situation", and "how he will get him banned", then proceeding to disconnect to avoid arrest is NOT an option. 
What I'd like to add as well is that the accused player has enough hours to know how this should be handled, and already has quite some punishments regarding this exact situation.
